Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you have made an error in making your donation to our organization please email us at: . Refunds are returned using the original method of
payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Refunds or Exchanges

No refunds will be given.

For purchases our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and we require proof of purchase. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
