The BHS has something happening every weekend this month!

We hope you will be able to join us for one or more of them!

 

1. The Blessing of the Animals – Sunday, October 7th, 5 p.m. at St. Christopher’s Anglican Church, Lyford Cay.  Well-behaved pets of any sort are welcome!

 

2. Patchwork Potcake Adopt-a-thon and Workshop – Saturday, October 13th, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas.  Check out some adoption pups and dogs, and create your own potcake artwork.  Adults $10, children $5.  If you would like to bring a BHS adoption dog with you, please contact Percy Grant at 323-5138.

 

3. BHS Thrift Shop Halloween Jewellery Sale – Saturday, October 20th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Minerva Shack at the BHS Thrift Shop.  Large selection of jewellery at a wide range of prices.  Come and do your Christmas shopping early, or find something shiny for yourself!

 

4. Halloween Haunted Mansion – Saturday, October 27th, 8 p.m. at the Nassau Yacht Club.  $50 advance purchase, $55 at the door.  Come in costume and enter for a prize!  Open bar, light bites, live band.
